The agreement

These terms apply to purchases at fjes.shop. Purchases are governed by Norwegian law, including the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, the Cancellation Act and the E-Commerce Act. These terms do not limit your statutory rights, including mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you live.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency, and shipping is free. FJES is not registered in the Norwegian VAT register, so no Norwegian VAT is charged. You can pay by card, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on what is available in your country.

Delivery

Orders are shipped with tracking from our supplier abroad. Delivery normally takes 10–15 business days to Norway and 10–20 business days to the rest of Europe. We ship to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic and Switzerland.

Customs and import VAT

Orders shipped to countries outside Norway may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling fees in your country. Any such charges are paid by the recipient.

Complaints about faulty items

If the item is wrong or defective, you have the right to make a complaint for up to 2 years after you received it. Contact us by email with a photo of the defect. We cover the return shipping for faulty or defective items.
