Returns and right of withdrawal
You have a 30-day return right from the day you receive your order. That's longer than the 14 days required by law.
How to return
- Email support@fjes.shop with your order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the standard withdrawal form.
- We'll reply with the return address. Send the item there.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Return shipping
When you use your right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping yourself. If the item is wrong or damaged, we cover it.
Refunds
You'll get your money back no later than 14 days after we receive the item, or after you've shown that it has been sent. The refund is made to the same payment method you used.
